Celebrity singer and actress Jennifer Lopez’s most recent move in her spat with Ben Affleck has astonished people.
The 55-year-old reportedly removed Affleck’s name off her body as a “bitter kick in the teeth” to show that she is no longer interested in the Batman actor.
Despite being seen at TIFF sans the renowned tattoo dedicated to Affleck on the side of her waist, the Selena actress was spotted.
The Gone Girl actor and the Marry Me actress got “commitment” tattoos together in February of last year to celebrate their first Valentine’s Day as a married couple.
The infinity symbol is tattooed on Lopez’s left ribs; she is better known as JLo. “Jennifer” and “Ben” were written in ink on opposite sides of the page, with an arrow cutting through the center.
At the Unstoppable premiere, the actress wore a skimpy garment that showed off her figure but prominently omitted the tattoo.
To attend the TIFF, the actress wore a Tamara Ralph gown with black velvet bows tying the open sides of her gown.
You could see right through Lopez to his left ribs, where the tattoo was, but you couldn’t see the tattoo itself.
Whether she wanted to hide the tattoo because of her breakup with her husband or had it permanently erased is unclear. Additionally, whether or not Affleck removed his own tattoo in order to coordinate with Lopez is a mystery.
Note that after two years of marriage, the singer from On the Floor filed for a divorce from Affleck last month.
