Both twins have Down syndrome, which surprised Savannah Combs, 23, from Middleburg, Florida. Savannah and Justin Ackerman loved their kids Kennadi Rue and Mckenli Ackerman despite criticism. Savannah gave her twins a fighting shot against social pressure to terminate.

At the time of their preterm birth on May 12, 2021, the mono-di twins were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for many weeks. While Savannah was narrating their experience on TikTok, she emphasised how unique they are among people. “Like one in two million,” the girls are described as having an unusual combination of mono-di twinning and Down syndrome among their characteristics.

Savannah displayed poise as she replied to criticism that she received on social media. In response to the statement that someone would not want such offspring, she responded by saying, “Good thing they weren’t born to you and were born to me.” God knew exactly what he was doing when he placed these infants in the presence of the proper parents who would adore them no matter what.
