Taylor Swift fans fuming over strict list of items banned from concerts

Taylor Swift fans are currently fuming (and pretty confused) after hearing the items that have been prohibited from her upcoming Australian tour dates.

The Swifties are annoyed and they’re having a hard time shakin’ it off.

Many gutted fans have demanded Frontier Touring – the company responsible for the new venue rules – to ‘fix them immediately’ ahead of the star’s Eras Tour dates.

The many restrictions made for the Sydney and Melbourne dates include the use of confetti, large signs, spray deodorant, battery packs and even spray sunscreen.

Fans of the ‘All Too Well’ singer also swap friendship bracelets during shows as a sweet symbol of their love for the star and remembrance of the experience, but this has also been hit with restrictions.

Friendship bracelets are allowed to be brought into the venues but must be worn on patrons’ arms – strictly no carabiner, d-rings or other,” the rules state.

This is one of many restrictions that have rocked Swift fans, as they took to X to share their upset about the seemingly harmless bracelets.

“Okay but how am I meant to fit 300 friendship bracelets on my arms?? why can’t we bring carabiners?” one fan wrote.

Another Swiftie added: “A second wrote: ‘This is ridiculous, some of us went out of our way to make friendship bracelets.”

While another chimed in: “I HAVE 400 BRACELETS, how am [I] supposed to wear them all????”

Drones and professional cameras with detachable lenses have also been banned from the arena, however fans have been told they can film the concert using their personal smart phones.

Fans were also surprised to learn that their clothing has to also fall within the guidelines as ‘to not prevent concert-goers from being able to watch the stage’.

The list doesn’t end there, as airhorns, speakers, flashlights and lasers will be confiscated before entering the arena.

The company later clarified that fans can bring sunscreen in as long as it’s not in aerosol form, and that portable phone chargers are allowed.

The 34 year old singer will be heading down under after attending to Super Bowl to watch beau, Travis Kelce.

This comes shortly after the popstar revealed she’s releasing her next studio album named The Tortured Poets Society that is due for release on April 19.
